DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
While we don't accept returns for our grillz, in case of damage occurred in the shipping process we may offer a remake.
MISTAKES WHEN TAKING MOLDS
If you fail to take a proper mold, you may have to purchase another mold kit from our website. An accurate mold is necessary to get the proper fit.
MY GRILLZ DON'T FIT
If upon receiving your order you aren't satisfied with the fit/feel, we can help tighten or loosen to properly fit. If they still don't fit correctly, we'll have you send the piece back, and assess if we need to get another mold from you. In that case we'll cover the price of the mold kit.
REPAIRS
After 30 days of receiving the item we aren't responsible for any loss, damage, or maintenance of the piece. It is the responsibility of the customer to properly take care of the items with our provided instructions.
GOLD EXCHANGE
